The EURINV project is co-financed by European Commission within the CEF Telecom Program, managed by INEA (Executive Agency of Innovation and Networks) through the 2018 CEF Telecom Call – eInvoicing (CEF-TC-2018-2). The project officially started on April 1st, 2019 and it is expected to be concluded on September 30th, 2020. The project is coordinated by the Universitat Politècnica de València with the support of LMT Group. The consortium is integrated by 7 established EDI providers (BILLIT BVBA, OpusCapita, S.A.T.A., Enxendra Technologies, Calvi Business Software, Generix Group France and Webware) and 2 public entities (Ekonomická univerzita Bratislave and Dublin Simon Community) from different Member States.
In order to achieve the main objectives of this action, the 7 EDI providers’ eInvoicing cloud platforms will be upgraded to be fully compliant with the EN, including both syntaxes approved by CEN (UBL 2.1 and CII), and achieving advanced eInvoicing functionalities. All these eInvoicing platforms have their own certified Access Point fully aligned with the requirements set up in the eIDAS Regulation. Additionally, two local public entities will uptake an eInvoicing solution compliant with the EN.
