LMT Group participates in a new eIdentification project for the modernization of electronic services of Spanish public institutions

LMTGroup participates in a new project called Connecting Regional and Local Administrations to Spanish eIDAS Node (eID4Spain), coordinated by the Universitat de València. The rest of the participants are la Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, la Junta de Extremadura, la Diputación Provincial de Ciudad Real, la Diputació de València, Guadaltel S.A. y el Ayuntamiento de Rivas Vaciamadrid.
The objective of the project is to comply with the Regulation (EU) No 910/2014, or eIDAS regulation, in the electronic sites of Spanish public institutions. After the completion of the project, it is expected that European citizens can access the electronic services offered by public entities from any location in the European territory. This project is aligned with the initiative of the European Union for a greater digital integration between countries and for a more efficient interaction between public administrations and citizens.
The project is co-financed by the European Commission through its programme eIdentification & eSignature CEF-TC-2018-1.
